Artificial soccer turf has a working life of roughly 8-12 years depending on usage. When the fibres are worn flat but the base is still sound, resurfacing - stripping the old turf and laying new - delivers a brand-new playing surface at a fraction of new-build cost.
A resurface typically reuses the existing sub-base, drainage and often the shockpad, which is why it can cost 40-60% less than starting from scratch. We remove and dispose of the old carpet, repair any base or shockpad defects, then lay new SynGrass 40 Soccer with fresh infill and line markings.
